"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a 5-star property, I expected a much higher standard of service and overall experience. The breakfast selection was average at best, and definitely not what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star experience, especially considering the price."

"As people have said, the hotel really is a stone's throw from the train station and very close to the hiking trails. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a couple of reasons. 1) extremely friendly and kind staff who've helped us with booking restaurants and with small requests 2) really comfortable room (spacious) with high quality amenities 3) an amazing breakfast spread (with a wide variety and really delicious and healthy options) 4) personal touches to the service -..."
